Financial Aid

Longwood student playing poolLongwood takes pride in offering an outstanding education at an affordable price. Each student's aid package consists of one or more of the following: grants, loans, and work-study. To be considered for financial aid you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Longwood gives priority to students who apply by March 1. Award letters will be emailed in early April.

Academic Scholarships

If you submit your Application for Admission and corresponding materials by January 15, you will be considered for scholarships ranging from $500 to full tuition. Competition is very steep; fall 2006 recipients had a GPA of approximately 3.8 and an SAT average of 1300. Recipients will be notified in March.
